To bring out the green in Photo Shop I selected new adjustment layer selective color. There I increased the green color and then made the black and yellow -100. That gave the image the inverse look you see here and popped out the green. The second adjustment layer I used was a curves one where managed to bring out those 2 center yellow buds just a little bit more to draw the focus.
