Revisiting

With the holiday just barely behind us and the new year right in front of us, I have to note a few high points of the year.

Not least of which, the birth of my second son. Our red headed joy brings smiles to everyone’s faces and hearts.

After close to 15 years, I had the chance reconnect with one childhood friend who has since moved to Cambridge and her sister whom I did see sparingly during her stint at Northwestern.

I have to say my step son has matured in ways he never considered during his continued sojourn with the Army.

Two thousand and nine held a lot of wonderful, stressful, and disappointing moments I do not feel the need to relive anymore.

May the next one be even more fruitful than the last.
